PV FESTIVAL

Our PV Festival is the first and only festival about participatory video in Italy, entirely created and produced by LIBERI SVINCOLI.

The festival had two editions, in 2019 and in 2020, and it hosted numerous Italian and international guests allowing educators, teachers, facilitators, videomakers, volunteers, students and researchers to discuss participatory cinema, its aims and the different ways it can take shape.  

To give you an idea, here are the numbers of the Festival edition of 2020:

  • 18 hours of live streaming
  • 2.930 live views
  • 22 foreign countries registered – New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA, Mexico, Perù, India, Pakistan and Colombia among them
  • 120 people attending in person 
  • 8.443 friends on FB reached in just 2 days 
  • 33 people from the staff 
  • 35 partners
  • 19 guests coming from 7 different countries
